What is the best supply voltage for the strain gages sensors ?

Go back to the FAQ
It is mentioned on the calibration certificate you received with the sensor.

For sensors without any amplifier, the best common setting is 10 VDC because that voltage is used to calibrate the load cell in the factory.

The maximum voltage allowed is 15 volts (350 ohms bridges) or 20V (700 Ohms bridges), depending on the model. Some battery-operated signal conditioners use smaller voltages to save energy.

All those specific informations can be found on this website if you type the serial Nr of the sensor.
