Load cell specially designed to measure the tension force applied to a cable or a rope.
- Easy and fast mounting
- Designed for static rope tension measurement

- Wide range of cable’s diameters : from 3 up to 90 mm (0,11 to 3,5")

o Stainless steel (5560S)
o Nickel plated steel (5565S)
- Available options (non exhaustive list) :
o ATEX Ex ia IIC T6 to T4 certified (hazardous area)
o Zone 2 to zone 0
o Amplified output signal (4..20 mA or 1..5V)
o Subsea version (IP 68)
The SENSY’s load cells 5560S and 5565S are perfectly designed for the following applications:

- Its rugged metal enclosure makes the device suitable for harsh environment.
- Simply by plugging the device into a PC, data can be extracted from most strain gauge based sensors (full Wheatstone bridge) and computed by specific application software.
- No additional power supply is required. Although ideal for 1 to 1 interface the device can connect with multiple sensors with the use of a suitable hub.
- A choice of MODBUS RTU or ASCII protocols is currently available.
