High range reaction torque transducer

Custom-made high-capacity standard reaction torquemeter for calibrating hydraulic screwdrivers.

This transducer has been calibrated in both directions (left and right) at PTB (DE).

The USB output provides a computer-readable accuracy signal without having to invest in expensive electronics. The information transmitted is the image of the raw signal of the Wheatstone bridge expressed in mV / V.
The polynomial values on the calibration certificate are used to calculate the exact torque that is applied to the torquemeter. SENSY's SOFT-DIGITAL software performs this conversion in real time in a very user-friendly way.
